On October 9th, the IMarEST Cyprus Branch hosted a highly informative technical presentation on “Lifeboat Service Regulations – Lessons Learned After 4 Years of Implementation”. Delivered by Mr. David Torres, Global Service Director for Boats & Davits at Viking Lifesaving Equipment AS, the session shed light on crucial insights gained since the regulations came into effect.
